I would get 4 of the same abilities and one ability that's allows me to pass abilities along. I now am the Chief guardian on the power.
As time goes on I get to control who becomes the next bearer of the power.
And when the world needs me most I summon all 3 guardians to me, they return my power to me, amplifying it 4x.
Strong enough to defeat the world's greatest evil.
