Colt is a Shiny Jolteon still at a fairly young age.
When he was an Eevee, about the age of 12, he was small, weak, and didn't know how to fight for himself, that was before he met his master.
When he was cornered and about to be killed by a predator, a human boy by the name of Nolan Kairo happened to be wandering in the area, this human sensing great potential in him, chased off the threat with mysterious power and saved his life.
Nolan took Colt under his wing as his apprentice and gave him his name that would perfectly suit him, self, strong, quick, and precise.
Nolan told that himself does not belong in this universe, he was of another where pokemon didn't exist. He shared knowledge of a powerful force of life and determination originating from his world, a force that could very well rival fate. (Current)
Colt was given a thunder stone imbued with Current energy, along with his evolution into a jolteon, the Current also became a part of him, he gained a natural ability to use and channel it, something Nolan had not been able to efficiently do without his keyboard.
Nolan brought him back as his new apprentice in Current, they were inseparable friends, him and Nolan now travel other worlds for adventure and do everything together, aspiring to become masters of Current, and discover their potential.
