Why is it a good idea for you to know how to upload private templates: because someone might use your template without your permission and could use it badly.

At the end of the day, I apologise for the inconvenience I made for you with using your template without your permission assuming you were 8 when you said you were 10.

Its no problem I made it because I knew that only 1 or 2 people would use it lol.

And I ended up using it wrongly because I said you were 8 not 10. I assumed you were 2 years younger than what you are
