The man notices you and hops down to you

Devon: (still playing dead)

devon: (slowly reaches for a gun of some sort)

The man keeps a watch out

Devon: (tries grabbing a gun)

The man notices you and drops you a pistol

"Use it to protect yourself."

devon: (gives a thumbs up before going back to pretending to be dead)

The crowd brings out Governor Delaunay

devon: (waits)

The crowd beats De Launey to death

devon: (uses the pistol to shoot de launey in the head)

"Good shot."

devon: (puts up a thumbs up then starts reloading)

"... Do you know of a man named Robespierre?"

Devon: (doesn’t respond to continue seeming dead)

"... Well, Robespierre Is going to take power soon."

devon: (cocks pistol)

"Be on a look out for Robespierre.'

devon: (tries signalling him to come closer so he can whisper to him to continue playing dead)

The man walks closer

devon: (he whispers) "understood. now act suprise and sad at the same time when i stop talking so that it looks like im really dead"

The man does so

devon: (continues playing dead)

"Oh-! You brutes! You've killed a chilled!"

Devon: (smiles)

5 years pass. Robespierre had just taken power as head of the National Assembly. The Reign of terror has just begun. You're watching a public execution, when you see the same man who you saw at the Bastille.

Devon: (points at the man) HEY

Devon: remember me?! (Plays dead on floor)

Devon: (keeps playing dead)

After a bit, the crowd brings out Governor De Launey

The man eerily walks backward into the crowd and disappears among the people

You keep watching the execution

U: *manic clapping*

A few months pass and you start to hear word about the king trying to leave Paris

The king is brought to the guillotine
