I always pick Rainbow Road in multiplayer mode because I'm the only one that doesn't fall off.

Go slower on the turns.

I have Mario Karts SNES, 64, DD, and Wii. The original Rainbow Road is the worst! The N64 sucks, as it has too many walls. My favorite RR themes are the ones for MK 7 (I don't own it) and DD.
