That happened to me on Porygon Community Day back in 2020

And here I started to think that Shiny Grubbin just hadn't been added to Pokemon GO yet.

i only found one shiny but it sucks so I'm using normal Vikavolt

I remember on Magikarp Community Day in 2020 my only shiny sucked but when I evolved it it was CP 1482 so I use it for Great League battles
