Finale: part 2 (I spent way too long on this)

Thunderpug: w..why are you doing this??

Knifeboi: don't you ever wonder why I keep making robots themed around earth fauna? Pray tell, how long do you think it's been since I was created.

Thunderpug: 400 years?

Knifeboi: EXACTLY. So let me tell you a little story then..

Knifeboi: I was looking out of my lab window one day, wondering something. Time has passed so quickly, so I might as well see how I've changed in these past years.

I got permission from the collector to see back in time, but what I saw shocked me.

Knifeboi: I looked through.. and saw earth. It was destroyed beyond recognition. Only 20 years after i was created, humanity somehow destroyed their own species through one of their petty quarrels. I was devastated.

Knifeboi: but then I thought back.. isn't It destiny that any intelligent species will eventually wipe themselves out? Its natural selection. If the fittest survive, its fine. But if they help the weak, and form community, it will eventually cause far more suffering. War. Famine. Overpopulation. And then I stopped. One place already had all of these things. The citadel. It was riddled with crime, under attack several times, and was the biggest interplanetary city in the multiverse so far. If nature didn't intent for society, it must be unnatural, and therefore unjustified, and therefore alien. So on order to preserve the natural order..

I have to do what nature intended.

Knifeboi: I found a ship. I found a space station. I found funding, supplies, resources. I founded AXNA. And I found you. A perfect tool for the destruction I needed. You simply needed a few.. upgrades. Your reapercore form I designed and built with automation. I massed produced hundreds of machines to hunt you down after you escaped. None of it was according, to plan, but I told the systems that, because I didn't want to shut down the project for one minor inconvenience. Project devastator. This entire space station isn't residence.. its a weapon. Even after the wars, humans still left some useful devices behind. Some very useful war machines....

Knifeboi: but the last challenge I faced.. I needed an AI to precisely calibrate the weapon, or it wouldn't line up, wouldn't aim, wouldn't work. An that AI was built into your cortex unit. In order to achieve my goal...

We will have to duel to the death.

Knifeboi suddenly transformed into his neo form, and starting firing at thunderpug. Many bullets hit his armour, but did little damage, thunderpug fired an electronet. Knifeboi slashed it in two with his pyrosaw. He lined up his next strike. Thunderpug was next on the chopping board...

Thunderpug picked himself up weakly. Barely managing to stand on his own four legs, he very painfully crawled over to squishy, who reformed himself again. Unable to bear it any more, thunderpug collapsed..

But, as he still noticed, he was still moving. He painfully moved his head to look down, and saw squishy, straining to keep his cells from producing acid and radiation, carrying him over to knifeboi's body, and eventually setting thunderpug down. Thunderpug looked down weakly, and thought something.

"Ironic. A knife dies by being cut in half."
