Okay, i don't have an image, but just imagine Artist with the glitch filter with more darkness to represent his void decent, and I think his time of convertion (TOC) is ~12h, and the only reason he is sometimes agressive is because of the pain he's in. But other than that, his mutation would be that the box fuses to his head, and he only has one eye and if he ever trys to speak, it's just mumbled and muffled static noises
