Younger me used to ask this all the time! I still can understand what it's used for, but it really doesn't do the job well in most cases. If you were to use some black paper and need a white thing to draw over, I reccomend using a white crayon for a bright white look. Though I usually hate crayons so it's up to you 😂

on black or manilla paper you can see it, but you rarely use that shit so why would you?
