It depends on the context.
Hayden Christian was the better anakin overall, because he had to take the previous four movies, and then turn his character around to the bad side; which definitely required talent, but he pulled it off.
However, the other guys (James Earl Jones and the other guy) also had to show a softer side to their character in five and six; something that they also pulled off seamlessly, and made for one of the most iconic if not THE most iconic movie villain of all time.
