No, I mean, uhh, I'll give an example:
You: *types the captions and topic of the meme's image*
Imgflip: *Generates IMAGE*

Automate exists but it only loads in preloaded images, but doesn't ACTUALLy generate it. This is actually hard to maintain and as this is a complex task, this is also difficult to create.

No, like GENERATES an IMAGE. The ai-meme takes in the PRELOADED images and yeah, adds TEXT. The AUTOMEME also picks ALREADY-EXISTING images but doesn't exactly CREATE new images, see?
