Hmmm, I kinda disagree

It's got too many cutscenes and I don't like how they completely removed gyms in favour of trials, which are way more boring. They feel more like chores than a gruelling challenge required to fight the elite four

It has its upsides (regional forms, z-moves, ultra beasts, Rowlet) but I still think it's pretty flawed.

Like come on, they didn't even bother to make an animation for the escape rope

The character still just awkwardly spins, its so annoying
