currently im working on a project to prove that ✨cherry wood✨ is the best by building houses with cherry wood in every house style possible

TBH I like cherry wood, I liked the 2 new nether wood types since they came out, and having a pink / lighter colored wood is really great, i've really always wanted to see cherry blossom trees added to vanilla Minecraft, now we have them.

warped wood isn't terrible, but crimson wood does not go well with any wood type besides mangrove and cherry wood

I think crimson wood looks pretty cool with blackstone, if you've watched The Librarian's "From The Fog" series (I doubt but srsly check it out.) He makes a base out of those that look pretty cool.

I'm not actually too sure about warped wood outside of nether bases, IMO I kinda wish we had a purple wood color that would kinda match the end theme a little more.

purpur is underrated

Actually now that I think about it, Purpur is technically a wood, kinda.
It's made from alien end trees, but for some reason it looks and acts too much like stone when it's smelted into a block.
