No, the world has time zones. 9/11 happened in New York City, the Eastern Time zone, and Everyone in this time zone was awake because it was 8 in the morning. Yet in Los Angeles, The Pacific Time zone, was asleep or just waking up because it was 5 in the morning. But if you were in Norlisk Russia it would be 8 in the afternoon the next day because they are in the opposite time zone across the prime meridian. There geography lesson for you.
