According to the Webster Dictionary, war is "a state of usually open and declared armed hostile conflict between states or nations" it is most definitely open and declared. It is most definitely armed. And it is most definitely hostile.

War hasn't been declared. It's very close but think of it as the difference between UFC and a real fight. Close, but not exactly the same.

Well they are sure fighting for land. So I consider it a war. You consider it a conflict. Either way, I don't really agree with Russia cuz they're mad that Ukraine exists.
