SINCE I REALLY DONT WANT TO MAKE THE PLAYER FIGHT A MILLION DIFFERENT BOSSES FOR EVERY OC, THE MAIN CAST OF BOSSFIGHTS (THE MOST RECOGNISED/OG CHARACTERS) WILL BE THE REQUIRED BOSSES, WHICH THE PLAYER WILL FIGHT AND DEFEAT BUT HAVE THE OPTION TO ACTIVATE A SECRET PHASE IN THE FIGHT THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO ENDURE TO PROPERLY KILL THE BOSS. ALL THE OTHER OCS WILL BE OPTIONAL BOSSES THAT GHE PLAYER CAN FIGHT FOR ITEMS OR CURRENCY. IT WILL BE A TOP-DOWN 2D PIXEL ART BULLET HELL. THE COMBAT SYSTEM WORKS IN TWO WAYS -
1 (BULLET HELL): THE BOSS FIRING PROJECTILES THAT YOU NEED TO DODGE WHILE THE BOSS MOVES AROUND THE ARENA SO YOU CAN MOVE CLOSER AND HIT THEM
2 (DUEL): THE BOSS FIRING MUCH LESS PROJECTILES, BUT MOVING QUICKLY AROUND THE ARENA AND DOING FAST, LETHAL MELEE ATTACKS THAT YOU HAVE TO DODGE AND PARRY. THE MORE MOVES YOU PARRY IN A SHORT TIME, THE MORE POWERFUL A COUNTER ATTACK WILL BE.
THESE FIGHTING STYLES ARE IN NO WAY CONCRETE, SO SOME BOSSES MAY USE BOTH OR SWITCH MID FIGHT.
