I agree, simply because of how realistic he is.
I also think deku shares that top spot for the same reasons.
They both have motivations that work well with their personality and their emotions are so lifelike.
That's why I really liked the episode where Kirishima developed unbreakable, because you could see how he doubted himself when he was talking with Bakugo. Something any realistic human with a power like his would do.
Or the episode where Deku manifested blackwhip.
While many anime protagonist would just take the superpower and go with it Deku showed genuine fear.
No one really talks about how scary power can be.
This show has so much amazing characterization and I think it deserves more credit for that.
