Yes but Anarchy Avenue is not near a body of water (Not near Sockeye Station, Gone Fission Hydroplant, Spawning Grounds, Marooners Bay, Jammin' Salmon Junction or Salmonid Smokeyard). SO, maybe It took her to Spawning Grounds (That explains why the torches smoke features an image of a dead Inkling/Octoling.) Maybe the torch smoke is a warning?

No bc I dont know how to record on switch but just hop in to Private Job on Spawning Grounds, and look at the torches. You will see a ghost of an Inkling/Octoling as the smoke.
