Stav landed in water, or what seemed to be. He didn't expect water, so he just plunged into the water with no idea, and started flailing.
Stav: AH! OH MY WHAT! (wheeze)
Stav: Oh, my old body can't take this no more. Lordy lord.
Stav's robes and clothes would be drenched. Stav tried to cast a breathing spell and/or a platform spell, but the force down in the abyss was so intense, that magic couldn't function while trying to focus not drowning. Atleast not for him. His old worn body can't cast spells like he used to.
He'd swim, having a hard time because he also had to bring along his staff. He would find a rock overhang of the water and he would sit on it. (He'd wheeze) "Its.. unbelievable that, I'm seventy." Stav would say. He'd feel weak. He cast a light spell, and he would see all sorts of ores and minerals, it was wonderful. He also saw a body belly up in the water.
"Huh!?" Stav would exclaim, as he would levitate the body over to him. He'd find that it is a small child, white and fat. Stav would recite a spell that brought the water out of the child's lungs. The kid immediately woke up.
"AAAA!" Goober would exclaim.
Goober: Oh hi! I'm Goober! Hey where are we? Ooh is that a beard! Oh your old! I can see your wrinkles! Oldie oldie old old old man! Heehee! Oh are you a wizard? Ooh eeeee! Can I touch your staff? Please? Please? Oh your so funny!
Stav would let out, a long sigh. He would recognize the kid from the note in his notebook.
