The show is called Amphibia. This particular image was part of a fan animation by a 20-year-old man (I think?) of the final episode of the show. He made a self-insert named Darrell who ended up kissing the main character named Anne, who was 13 for the majority of the show, including this scene.
(I think I'm a little late but hey, I don't care) to make it even more murky, the guy is not 20 years old, he is 30 F**KING YEARS OLD, which makes it even worse
