I asked them and they said that they went after danny because he was a suspected pedophile (which turned out to be true) but other than that they're clean

From what I recall, users at the time were advised to:
1) contact law enforcement with any evidence of a crime
2) not attack other users

Guess they didn't listen back then.

I take action against Conduct and Content inside Imgflip.

Some users said they had evidence outside Imgflip. Sounded like a matter for Law Enforcement to me.
