“Jeremy Charles Taylor’s parents died mysteriously when he was 6. No one knows how. They just did. With no grandparents, aunts or uncles, or godparents to live with, he and his 3 older siblings were forced out onto the streets of Chicago (where they lived, oh god why didn’t I clarify this before). I have no idea why they didn’t just go to an orphanage. Oh well. Anyways, they made an oath that they were to follow for the rest of their lives, an oath to stick together.
…That oath was broken 3 hours later, when a slightly inconvenient pitbull threatened to bite off their fingers. On the streets and alone, Jeremy resorted to violence to get the things he needed, often using a blade to get out of situations. Prolonged use of this weapon led to his love of swords today, and it’s the main reason why he uses melee weapons over conventional weapons such as guns.
Fast-forward to 8 years in the future, Jeremy is 14. The government is corrupt for whatever reason, and supplies are scarce. The government decides to make a plan to get rid of the homeless population of the USA’s major cities in an attempt to conserve resources. Their plan was to get multiple, at least 200 people inside a room, away from the city, and then fill it up with gas to kill them. However, Jeremy may have been outside chasing a squirrel when this happened. Realizing that the government might be trying to search for him to kill him, he immediately became paranoid and hid from any kind of law enforcement/government official for the next 4 years.”
