(My character is named Chlorine Viper/Cal Coles and is based off myself)
The comic takes place in a kinda cyberpunkish city called Pulse City, and there is a pretty bad government (Idk what to call it yet, so I'll just call it the Pulse City government). Soon after the bad government came around, a team of heroes called The Deranged formed (Looking for more members lmao). The leader is named Chlorine Viper and I'll add a drawing of them when I finish coloring the drawing. Also your character's name doesn't have to be like Chlorine Viper's, you can do like, anything as long as it's SFW. Some of The Deranged have powers, some just use a gun (like Viper!!!) or a lasery knife (Viper has one as a backup). They are wanted by the government of Pulse City, so they hide their identities with goggles, masks, or whatever the heck you want. The Deranged have bases in the city, the desert (Hot with a lot of sand), and the other desert (Cold with a lot of snow). The government of Pulse City brainwashes anyone who stands up to them into thinking the government is doing good things and that everything is fine.
(Also, Viper has vibrant red hair, soooooooooooooooooooooooooo uhhhhhhhhhhhh that's kind of a distinguishing feature so they spend most of their time in the city base (a secret basement in an abandoned mall), the desert base (yet another secret basement in a small abandoned desert town's antique shop), or the cold desert base (an abandoned nuclear bunker in the snow)

Desert: Black zip-up sleeveless crop-top (sorta like agent 8 from splatoon if you know who that is), khaki cargo shorts, black combat boots, goggles
Snow: Red parka, black pants, combat boots, goggles
Other: They carry around a collapsable laser scythe in a backpack which is their main weapon.

He also have not that long hairs ( have you ever watched Star wars rebels ? then his hairs are kinda like Sabine , the mando girl , its just the color that changes )
Townperson : He kinda likes to be someone noticeable so he mostly wear a costar just for the fun of seeing the reactions of people in the bar , but if he is not in that mood , he wears anything , even some girly thing bc he do not know anything to trend
