You probably know what OCD is known for: organizing stuff, making it "perfect." But it's actually an anxiety disorder. Say I'm going on a train. I'd think about it for a while and imagine worst case scenarios. I'd probably think things that I don't mean, like "I want to die on the train," or "I want there to be a shooting on the train." I really dislike it, and I hate being anxious like, all the time.
