Ok so basically: The hospital has nothing to do with anything really. But the neutral zone is where you drop characters who aren’t apart of the war (they’re protecting Star so any characters dropped in the neutral zone would be great)! Instead of asking wiggly tuff to add characters to the neutral zones, you gotta ask me and I will!
