Most official stream moderators are either community or global moderators themselves, so under normal circumstances, you are required to be an employee.

There is an exception, though. RYKAHNE, which is a famous Imgflip user, moderates both the fun and gaming streams, despite not being a community or global moderator.

If RYKAHNE is mod at fun and gaming, why can’t the other top 10 can? I mean, I know that Iceu is mod at cats stream but I’m not sure about the other 8.

Iceu moderates the dogs stream, not the cats stream. Surprisingly, dogs is not an official stream, despite the cats stream being one. This is why dogs stream shows the moderator list and cats does not.
