Here's some context: that crash happened on June 8, 2022. And the problem has only come to be understood during the last year. Its root cause isn't even known yet!

Bullshit. Since 2010. They have temp fixes but nothing permanent. They still dont understand all of it but those crafts have been in use since 2010. I read about it in several articles to gain a fuller understanding.
