I can understand why they did it but if that's actually how Funtime Freddy looks then why not retcon Mangle out of this universe (none of the other toys are there so why is Mangle still there), or if that's not how Funtime Freddy in that universe normally looks then do something similar
I mean another good way to try and fix the book is to have actual spirit Charlie (in the Puppet of course) seeming to stalk robot Charlie out of pure curiosity

i feel like she wouldn't be in the puppet, just her ghost (think springlock scene), since she couldn't give life to the others, the children are stuck in WILLIAM'S happiest day which is all a ruse compared to the birthday party charlie throws in HER happiest day, and she probably doesn't want to move on unless the children are saved, also, henry's soul probably couldn't move on either since a portion of his remnant was in the ella doll lol

If Funtime Freddy doesn't use illusions to look like normal Funtime Freddy: Funtime Foxy just looks like Funtime Foxy
If Funtime Freddy does use illusions to look like normal Funtime Freddy: do something similar to whatever the base of Funtime Freddy is but fox for Funtime Foxy
