First off, r/splatoon did not help, they didn't want to participate in this. r/splatoon_place did it. I joined the help for this late, as I was helping my team put their logo.
So I joined them in the fight against 2b2t, where we got wiped. One of the mebmers of their discord server, Circle, already tried doing somme alliances, with Turkey and Chile. Big nope for Turkey, radio silence from Chile.
So, I said, and I quote: "I'll try and negociate with france..", and so I did.
First answer that I got was, "What do you need?"
I balled to the discord saying we might be in. Shovk, and excitement from every member.
The admin and creator of the subreddit even said "Dude istg if you pill this off you get moderator and a super cool flair".
Few minutes later, and after sending what we needed (which was just a little bit of space), Their response was positive. AGain, went straight to the discord to tell them. What happened next can only be described as an OUTBURST OF JOY.
We just needed to wait to know for the spot. So we waited.
Wasn't on Day 3, since it was war on the French flags. But at the beggining of Day 4, while I was asleep, they built it. And so, here we are.
