what I mean by with help is basically, if their entire armies fought alongside them. WC may have numbers, but Apex has more power overall

don’t know much about the characters, but considering that the war creator is a robot, Apex could just use an emp blast to turn off the war creator, and then just throw him into lava or something.
but on the other hand the war creator is really smart and could see it coming, and destroy his emp blaster. the fight would go on for a long time but the war creator could also switch to another robot if his main form gets low on health.

The War creator is superior to Apex in intelligence and armoring. Apex may have the strength advantage but Apex is way to cocky
