Not true.
The Tsardom of Russia was remade into the Russian Empire by Peter the Great, so it didn't 'die'. While the Russian Empire was ended by a civil war, the USSR fell apart because Mikhail Gorbachev allowed the republics to become independent if they wished. And today, Russia is only getting stronger. Russia is fighting basically the entirety of NATO in Ukraine, and yet is still winning. Every day, Russia captures towns and gains momentum.
