HOW THE DEMOCRAT STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS SCAM WORKS..........
Democrats had the Wh, House, and Senate in January of 2021. They could have passed student debt relief anytime in 2021 or 2022. Instead, Biden waited until August of 2022 to announce his plans to forgive student debt. This was 3 months before the midterm election. Coincidence? Hardly. It was all designed to energize young voters ahead of the midterm.
Democrats knew that Biden forgiving student debt was unconstitutional and needed congressional approval. They also knew that it would end up in the Supreme Court. By waiting until August to announce the plan, they knew it wouldn't happen before the midterm and the case would be heard by the SC this summer. They also knew what the SC decision would be and that they wouldn't control Congress come 2023.
Once the SC issued their ruling that this is unconstitutional, which was 6-3, it allowed Democrats to blame the "far right Supreme Court" and those damn Republicans in Congress. This allows them to use the issue as a rallying cry to energize young voters in the 2024 general election.
