It’s not so much playing games for a long time that gives me a headache, but when I inevitably stop playing, the headache can be pretty intense.

I used to do 8 hours playing games straight, cut it down to four. Still barely got a headache. Although once I got motion sick from Minecraft

It can be, and especially when you are in a boss fight and somebody is talking to you

It also depends on which videogame you are playing. If you are playing "Getting over it", then yeah, you can get a headache but if you are playing something like tetris then you won't easily get headaches.
