It is actually not a bot but it is a real dude as 1 of the 2 made real comments
And it has an anti-crusader stream where they just make a ton of jokes about "The Crusaders think buss are porn" and shit like that

Yeah, pretty sure that happens alot. Maybe they ran a script on the new account to comment and post all those images, but I'm not sure.

I mean, it wasn’t a bot, it was somebody with an actual account with a program that they set to run to spam streams with the image. So somewhat a bot
