I broke my headphones before I even started school. R.I.P. my third or fourth pair I have broken this year (2023)

I broke them like this:
I was looking for my hair brush in my car, I found it, as I was getting out of my car I kneed my headphones, so much pressure was put on them that they broke where I kneed them (where the muter is), I cried a bit, and now my mom has to buy me a new pair of headphones (they were a dollar)

I have headphones that I’ve been using since like 2020 and last yeah the left bud stopped working and now the right one is starting to sound a bit scratchy

I've had this happen with wired headphones many many times. Last month i gave up and got a $20 pair of wireless earbuds that have lasted me longer than a month so... yay (the wired ones wouldn't even make it through the day. )

I can manage about a month or a half before they break, I have had one pair of wired one last like 3-4 months, but no more than that
