For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made…My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. –

In all honesty,I would recommend reading the Bible, as it is the most famous and influential book ever. I will pray for you that you would be at peace with Christians, just as I will that Christians be at peace with you.

I have read it.
The Bible says absolutely nothing about gender reassignment.
The Bible says nothing about being gay either.

bc that wasn't as large of a problem back then. Also, yes, there is certainly large sections of the Bible that talk about homosexuality. Sodom and Gomorrah, for instance.

Well you could consider the possibility that the priests changed the Bible?
Before Martin Luther came along, nobody but the church could read the Bible.

That could have happened, but it extremely unlikely that hundreds of thousands of priests made a collaborative effort if it took months for any sort of letters or news to be passed along.

Maybe.
But honestly I feel like love thy neighbor goes above all.

Any decent Christian knows to love everyone. That doesn't change anything. I love you, the person who made this post, myself, my grandma, everyone.

Huh? Wdym ofc there are still wrong things what about all that evidence I gave? I can still love someone that's wrong. You can't do whatever you want to do. Following the Bible and commandment IS love. it's love of God and of your neighbor.

I agree, I think it is unacceptable to be uncharitable and cruel towards anyone, but there is biblical evidence against your point.

read the Bible before jumping to conclusions and making generalizations. Not all Christians hate Lbgtq people just because they disagree with them

Well, whatever the case, I will pray for peace for those people as well as peace for you. Absolutely no malice intended. Have a blessed day.
I find it really f**king annoying that Christians try to use the bible to justify being an anti-LGBTQ+ (mainly homophobic or transphobic) immature jackass when they themselves don't even know that the bible says "Love Thy Neighbor." which if you didn't know, includes EVERYONE. This includes the LGBTQ+ community, and I haven't read the bible but I can guarantee you that it does NOT say anything about how gay marriage is bad or how getting gender reassignment or taking prescription meds for transgender people is bad. Sure, it says that if a man lies with another man as a woman, then they both shall be put to death, but that's gay SEX, not gay marriage. The bible was never against gay marriage and gender reassignment. If you got gender reassignment right now, God would NOT give a shit. tbh
