Ain't this a Cyrillic letter? I can confirm that some Latin letters are being mirrored and changing the sound the letter possesses. Like Я, with possesses the "Ya" sound. Bruh 💀

It's a Cyrillic letter which makes the "ee" sound, it can be considered as "Mirrored N" И, however, you can use it in Latin as the "Ng" sound, but it already has a letter, Ŋ.

If you turn the picture upside down, it makes a sort of distorted n.
