Ok a bot is a programming system much like an ai that is used to filter out images without a specific prompt (In this case anything that is related to or is close to porn hentai etc.) And in this case one person programed several to do the same thing for maximum effectiveness

Usually there aren't any- but the only reason why that is is because most bots on social media apps (like reddit or discord) are programmed to help you, so while yes no spamming is a rule that makes most bots reject there is now rule that rejects all bots

The bots were programed to post that weird image in a image or stream to hopefully overload the system
