I've never binded before so I don't know if this advice will help, but...
Try just... Not wearing it for a few days? Either that or just one sports bra - or even just a normal underwire bra if you have one. Regular bras are meant for support, and can help your back feel better. (I normally wear sports bras to feel flatter, but I sometimes wear an underwire bra to help with back pain) T
ake a long hot shower to maybe relax the muscles? And try some icyhot or something to try and help.
That's all I can think of, and I don't guarantee results, but I hope this helps you a little bit. Also try to do some more research on your own.
