Personally Ironhide was more of a sad death for me because he got shot through the spark and managed to survive it and when Sentinel Prime was about to shoot Ironhide a third time Ironhide tried to push away the gun and don't forget when the rust disintegrated him Ironhide saw all of it until he died.
