Netherite sword:8 (all effects combined); after completing the main quest it can be bought in your skill tree for 4,000,000 skill points; Each sword is locked behind a quest reflecting its abilty and Netherite is locked behind a level once you reach level 14962 you get all effects combined as well as the infinite materials feature
