Kinda.

The Prince isn’t as powerful as the collector and doesn’t bend reality to his own demands. he does have SOME control over a few aspects of reality (Making things materialize out of nowhere, changing gravity, etc.) but his powers don’t come even close to The Lady In Night or the collector. He also can’t turn people into puppets lol
