Even though I complain about it all the time, i have to say homework would win this battle, because sometimes what is on your homework will be the only thing on a test, and it helps you prepare for whats ahead.I still will complain about homework till the day i die;(

That's fair... it forces people to study, which might be helpful, depending if the student remembers what they did for homework the next day XD
