Site mods have a green m and are basically nerfed. They can only delete streams below the max, and can only disapprove images. They ask don’t have the power to remove templates i think. But they can still delete any user

I've seen some users with a green m now and then, I thought it meant they were the owners of the stream, but thanks for the clarification.
