Hi there! I have some survival tips for you, as someone leaving middle school. The hallways get pretty crowded fast, and people don’t pay attention when walking, so what I say is “whenever a gap opens, go through it.” So I got called the “professional weaver” at my school 😂
Carry a map and a copy of your schedule. Mark out the fastest route to each class on your map. It will save you lots of time when all you have to do is glance at a map.
If you get lost, look for somewhere like a “landmark” per se, and pull out your map. Find that spot on your map, and go from there.
If you didn’t get a map, most classrooms have one!
Five minutes? Don’t stress it. It feels like forever when you’re walking in the halls.
ORGANISE YOUR BINDER! TRUST ME! it sucks to be looking in your absolute zoo of a binder for a crinkled paper.
Homework method: study/do the problems for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break. Every 4 breaks take a thirty minute break!
Have water and some sort of snack in your study area. I would recommend some kind of fruit. Nothing too sweet or sugary, and put your water in a bottle instead of a glass. You’ll thank me later when your homework isn’t soaked. Also don’t doo your homework in the dark, stupid. Lights, (but not too bright) will help! Also, I’d recommend music with no words, but if you don’t want to listen to that kind of music, listen to whatever you want, or, y’know, don’t listen to anything?
Hope these tips help :) (sorry for long message)
