you can figure out who follows you by going to memechat. just click on your profile and then click messages or click the envelope icon by the notifications button to access memechat. then type in random letters (1 at a time). For example, if anyone who follows you has a name beginning with "f," type in "f" and the person's name will pop up in the memechat thingy. then delete the f and type in another letter. i think it depends on what device your using, though.
