Hey, calm down. Take deep breaths. You can use my favourite breathing method, officially called “Breathe Like The Night” where you breathe in for three seconds, hold for three, breathe out for three, hold for three, repeat. I use this as a meditation method but you can use it whenever it is needed. You’ll be fine. Keep your head up, okay? Face your fears! Don’t just go up and talk to them, but I’d say ignore them, or look like you’re having more fun without them, I guess. Just look confident and you’ll be confident.
