Yes, because of harassment. Even trying to cry to ROBLOX's horrible moderation by clicking report abuse and giving a long detailed explanation on why the avatar's bad would be better. Calling them out to this in a NON VIOLENT way would work. Also I don't think filter allows that display name to exist.
