Three reasons why that is illogical:
1. The lakes that are drying out are freshwater (most of them are used as a source of drinking water) not saltwater
2. Even if we filled all the dried out lakes it wouldn’t make a dent even remotely large enough to recover the titanic.
3. Say there is a big storm (unlikely but possible) there may be flooding.
