Nobody will get unbanned. The list simply disappeared for containing misinformation.
(You don't have to be on a list to get permabanned, you just have to continually break the rules.)

The same way we will now if they're alts.
Very obvious alts can be temporary banned by anyone, or reported to any mod or owner.
Perma bans will continue to be handed by stream owners as always.
